Event Date
12 March | 04:30 PM - 06:00 PM
Location
Le Bateau de Genève Quai Gustave Ador 1 1204 Geneva
Thirty years after the Call of Geneva, launched by then Attorney General Bernard Bertossa together with other public prosecutors and examining magistrates from France, Spain, Italy and Belgium to facilitate the cross-border circulation of evidence in criminal investigations, we will discuss in a square table format, together with foreign practitioners, why Geneva may still remain a jurisdiction of choice to obtain evidence through criminal, civil, cross-border insolvency and mutual assistance in civil matters proceedings.
